 Lyndsey was a great help during my weightloss journey. She helped with meal planning and understanding how much calories, sugar and fat should be in each meal to learn to fuel my body. Wellness starts in the kitchen. You can have delicious food while eating healthy. I can honestly say that I actually enjoy the things I eat now more than before.

 My journey with Mrs. Foster and Foster Nutrition has been a great experience for me. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and help them in their best way!  The trip to the grocery store together was amazing and very educational. I was very impressed that she took the time to do this with me to help me navigate my way through my health journey. Our office visits are always very friendly and educational. Love the fact that  She understands we are all human and helps us navigate our way through our imperfections.  With her knowledge and dedication I totally feel I am overcoming a lot of my bad eating habits and becoming a healthier person.
