What Can You Expect?

Foster Nutrition was created to help people achieve long term health goals. There are no products to purchase.  The only thing required is to make an investment in your health.  Foster Nutrition is not a quick-fix solution, but a sustainable way of living where you not only feel better, but you do not feel like you are missing out. Everything in moderation is the key. Everyone has a different goal, and I would like to meet you at your starting line to help you achieve it.   

• I feel that the best way to achieve your goal is with the correct tools. 

•  I will not write meal plans. 

•  I will provide the tools that you need, but ultimately the work is up to you. 

• I will be using a format and curriculum for each session.  Not only will I be working with your lifestyle, but also providing base knowledge about the macronutrient groups and what your goals and barriers are to change. 

Things to think about:

• What is your current daily intake look like?

• How much water do you drink on a daily basis? 

• How much exercise do you currently get per day/week?

• What are your goals?

• What has not worked in the past?

• Why do you want to make the change?

• Are you willing to make a long term commitment?
